        "UNESCO  heritage: Traditional Thai massage added to 'cultural heritage' list "

          Traditional Thai massage is one of Thai local wisdom inheriting for a long time. Traditional Thai massage is a full bodywork on a floor mattress. It mainly focuses on circulation and pressure points So-called Energy lines, assisted stretching which help promote internal health and heal many symptoms caused from cramped muscles, increasing range of motion of the joints. The massage therapist will use whole body from hands, knees, legs to feet to stretch the muscles and release pressure from the body. The recipient will need to be fully dressed on comfortable, loose clothing as no oil. Traditional Thai massage can be categorized into 2 types as follows :  Traditional Wat Pho massage  and  Royal massage.

Preparation : Do not eat at least one hour before the massage if possible. It is best to shower before the massage.  Clients will change into a cotton shirt and Thai pants that we provide.
